11/9/2006 New record comes to Billa Park. Queensland's highest-priced Simmental bull at auction was sold at the Wandoan Simmental sale for $15,000. This betters the old record of $14,500 set be Gowrie Pastoral Co at their sale last year. Billa Park Avg $5500 and sold 6 out of 7 in a very tough sale that saw just 60% of the bulls finding new homes to Avg $3320. |
